MEGAN LI
Instructional Leadership Coach
Megan Li has worked in elementary education for the past 15 years as a teacher and instructional coach. As a Leap Elementary Math Coach, Megan coaches partners around leadership development and their implementation of the Achievement First math curriculum.
Prior to joining the Navigator team, Megan served as the founding Academic Dean for kindergarten and 1st grade and Special Services Leader at Achievement First North Brooklyn Prep. She was a kindergarten and first grade teacher at Achievement First for 5 years, and was recognized by Achievement First as a Distinguished and then Master Teacher for achieving strong academic results across multiple years. Megan began her teaching career as a fourth grade teacher in Brooklyn, New York as a Teach for America Corps Member.
